Last week in Newkirk Plaza they put up chain-link fencing, blocking off half the walkways. The side along the subway cut, not the store side. I figured they were doing some kind of work on the fencing. Yesterday, I saw I was right-as I was standing on the Manhattan-bound platform, I looked up and saw that some the fencing was missing.
